What to DM about

Use that channel for a question about a pack, how Rank'em works, a factual correction, a broken page, or ads. A useful DM includes the pack or page URL, what you expected, and what looked wrong. Screenshots are helpful when they show the issue without exposing private information.

Replies are not guaranteed. When they happen, they usually come during India Standard Time (IST) evening hours. This is not a staffed help desk. Spam, mass pitches, and secret dumps are ignored.

What not to paste

Keep the message short. Do not paste passwords, one-time passwords, tokens, PAN, bank or card details, account statements, private keys, or identity documents into a DM. Redact personal data from screenshots before sending them. Do not send support requests for banks, brokers, NPCI, or government portals; contact the relevant issuer or service instead. Follow-ups that repeat the same request without new detail may be skipped.

Privacy and terms

Before sharing anything, read the Privacy page. Site-use conditions are in the Terms. Send only the minimum context needed to understand the question. A DM is handled as a message, not as a secure upload or confidential vault.
